I never imagined that lawyers would not want to work really hard to get a Partnership in a law firm.  I always imagined that that was the real reason that people went into law.

I then came across a number of lawyers who in their late 30’s were facing the issues many of the non-lawyers already face.  “Work verses Family life”.  That good old challenge, do you work really hard and sacrifice watching your kids grow up OR spend more time in the office, do you sacrifice that time in you life when you can do silly things and not wake up aching every day and taking so long to recover OR spend more time in the office?
